Mark Sherrill started Nottingham Pest Control with a simple vision: to provide honest, high-quality service with a personal touch. After more than a decade working across the pest control industry—from technician to sales manager—Mark knew there had to be a better way. So he launched a company built on trust, integrity, and genuine care for both customers and employees.

Originally founded in California, Nottingham has grown under Mark’s leadership and now serves families and businesses across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Whether he’s helping a neighbor solve a pest problem or building partnerships to support the local food bank, Mark believes in treating every customer like family and every home like his own.

Outside of work, you’ll find Mark spending time with his wife, son, and rescue pup, coaching jiu jitsu, or exploring his home state of Texas with his family.

With over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, Lisa Sherrill specializes in brand development, digital storytelling, and strategic outreach. Her background also includes leading education and advocacy initiatives to end hunger and speaking at national conferences on marketing, messaging, and social impact.

At Nottingham Pest Control, Lisa supports day-to-day operations, manages customer communication and marketing, and leads the company’s philanthropic efforts—including local food drives and community partnerships. She’s the calm behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly so Mark can stay focused on serving customers with excellence.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys homeschooling her and Mark’s youngest son, wandering through local parks, and savoring quiet family time—usually with a good book and strong coffee in hand.
